This now provides line value with the Pirates who fit a subset of my Underdog System this evening.

My pitcher performance ratings also predict a solid bounce-back effort from Pittsburgh's Paul Maholm who is quietly having a fantastic season. Despite allowing 5 runs in his last start, he is still in excellent current form with a 3.19 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in his past nine starts with a powerful 43-16 strikeout/walk ratio.
